The city of Rolling Hills Estates is presenting their first-ever outdoor, picnic style family concert. It will be a ghoulish good time with Halloween-themed games and fun, featuring the Palos Verdes Symphonic Band. Maestro Fox will be returning to the band as the Guest Conductor for this performance. He is excited to finally return to the stage after 18 months away from the podium due to the pandemic.
